The INCITE FITNESS FULL BODY VIBRATION MACHINE is a new type of muscle toning machine. This product uses DC PMW governor control technology that is reliable and low in power consumption.
Vibration Training is originally based on research done by Russian Space Scientists to combat the effects of micro-gravity on cosmonaut and has been adapted to enhance sports performance, fitness and overall well being.
How INCITE FITNESS FULL BODY VIBRATION works:
In traditional training, weights are used to put force down on the muscle. On the INCITE FITNESS FULL BODY VIBRATION MACHINE, a specific frequency and amplitude of vibration is chosen and the acceleration of the plate loads the limbs. The vibrations stimulate a stretch contraction with the muscle which creates higher levels of muscle activation than you could achieve if performing a voluntary muscle contraction.
You can perform static and dynamic movements including standing, sitting, kneeling, lying, placing your hands on it. Almost every exercise created in the gym can be done on the INCITE FITNESS FULL BODY VIBRATION MACHINE.

Body Toning and Fat Loss

Massage and Flexibility
The INCITE FITNESS FULL BODY VIBRATION MACHINE can be used to enhance stretching to create muscle relaxation in the limbs and great for massage, improving circulation to promote faster recovery from training.
This machine is a low impact form of exercise that anyone can use. It is especially ideal for osteoporosis and arthritis sufferers.
- Attach the cable from the base of the machine through the vertical support tube and through the center hole. Using 4 Hex bolts, attach the vertical support to the base.
- Attach the hand rails to the base of the machine using the 4 supplied screws.
- Place the top of the handrails in the bracket located on the top of the vertical support. Using the 2 supplied hex bolts, tighten the handrails to the vertical support.
- Attach the display/control panel cables to the cable that was previously inserted through vertical support cable. Then using the 3 provided screws, attach the control panel to the vertical support.
- Plug in.
- Turn on the power using the power switch, located on the bottom of the machine; the digital display will turn on meaning the machine is being powered up.
Auto Control Program:
- Choose a comfortable standing position.
- Press “On” to begin.
- Adjust the speed to a comfortable speed using the “+” or “-“buttons. Usage time should not be longer than 10 minutes.
- Press “Off” to stop the machine.
- Press the “Auto/Fat Scan” button to enter the program controls status.
- Press the “Auto/Fat Scan” button again, you can choose from “P1”, “P2”, “P3”.
- After choosing P1, P2, or P3, Press “On” to begin that program. Program time should be 3 minutes.
- Press “Off” to stop the machine.
- You should always turn off the machine when finished using it.
- For Safety, please remove the electrical plug from the outlet.
How to use body fat scan:
Press “on”, then press “fat test” 4x, the left window will show “1” the middle window will show “001” (for males), press “+” the middle window will show “002” (for females)
- Press “time” 1x, the middle window will show age, use button “+” or “—“to adjust.
- Press “time” 2 x, the middle window will show stature, use button “+” or “—“to adjust.
- Press “time” 3 x, the middle window will show weight, use button “+” or “—“adjust.
- Press “time” 4 x, the middle window will show “—“, grip hand pulse to test body fat scan.
After setting, press “on” to start using machine.
Various Sports Positions:
Standing position 1- stand on pad with feet side by side
Standing position 2- cross your legs and twist to your side
Riding position- place feet on the pad at slightly more than shoulder width, bend the knees and stand on your toes.
Palm position- place palms on the pad at shoulder width and support your body.
Running position (Starting) – place hands on the pad, support your weight with your legs and hands as if you were about to begin a sprint.
